Currently, we specialise in Instagram (we have mastered the platform, and we know it like the back of our hand. Algorithms and all).

But, we can cross-post all the content onto your Facebook page at no extra cost. Win-win.

Just one thing: Inbox management! Although we manage community engagement, inbox management is the only exclusion. This is because you know your biz best (and most biz owners need to manage their own bookings, customer enquiries, feedback, and so on).

However, we can set up an automated response that enables you to respond at a later stage.

Of course! Collaboration is key.

During our strategy session we will chat about how you
envision your feed, as well as topics/content to avoid. Before every post goes live, you have the chance to review it - twice - just to be sure it's perfect.

We start off with the boring *but essential* bits: the client agreement, new client questionnaire, receiving all your assets, introduction to your client portal and so on.

We then begin planning your strategy based on your questionnaire and our audit of your account, and we all catch up in person to discuss.

Once approved, this strategy will guide our content to begin the planning and content creation stage. Your first content shoot will take place, and once the first two weeks of content are ready, we will share this with you in your client portal for your review.

Then the fun begins! We are ready to go live as soon as you give us the green light on what we've created for you.

Before our strategy consult, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out.

This gives us all the information we need to come prepared on the day and be confident we’re covering all bases during our session, ensuring you get the most out of 1.5 hours.

It’s totally okay to feel overwhelmed after your strategy consult.

It’s not every day your brain gets overloaded with new information (especially about social media, algorithms, photography, captions and everything else that makes your head spin).

Never fear though - you get 2 weeks of email support post-consult, to help guide you and answer anyniggling questions you might have afterwards. We’re here for you!
