In June of 2024, in conjunction with partners at RMC, Matsuhisa produced a very special experience for a group of private event clients at Aspen’s incomparable Dunbar Ranch: a private sushi demonstration and class with Chef Nobu himself. Guests were greeted with passed champagne and Nobu signature bites, before settling in for a sushi demonstration by Chef Nobu himself. The demonstration was followed by hands-on instruction by Chef Nobu and other Matsuhisa sushi chefs on the balcony overlooking the Rockies and then concluded with a scenic lunch buffet stream-side next to the Roaring Fork - not just a meal, but a memory.
