Each year, the boys at the Denver Children’s Foundation put together one of the best weekends of the year at the Denver Polo Club, complete with fundraising, food, and of course, polo (because why not?). For 4 years in a row, Matsuhisa has provided the food for 300 VIP guests during the weekend’s Friday night black tie gala. Speed and efficiency are at the forefront of food service, with a strict hour and a half window for dinner prior to the all-important auction, where the bulk of the event’s money is raised for charity.
